Cynthia has worked as a clinical social worker for over 15 years. She has a private practice working with couples, families and children of all ages. Her clinical experiences include working with children and families in crisis, and high conflict. She has seen the potentially harmful effects that an adversarial separation or divorce can have on children. She is committed to empowering children of divorce to have a voice in the process, and look to the future with hope and optimism. Cynthia is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, and has trained in both Collaborative Divorce, and Advanced Collaborative Divorce.
