Diana Insolio believes that litigation can cause lasting
psychological damage to children and their parents. That
is one reason why she practices Collaborative Divorce,
which prepares parents for a future that includes
respectful communication, so vital for their children’s
well-being. Diana has received training in Collaborative
Law, Divorce Mediation, and Collaborative Divorce, and
has volunteered her services as a mediator at The
Children’s Law Center in Hartford, CT. Diana has also
served as chair of the New Haven County Bar
Association’s Lawyer Referral Service as well as several
civic commissions in Madison and has raised two
daughters now in their twenties.
