Pat Farrell is an attorney and has been practicing law in Connecticut since 1978. She is a graduate of Smith College and the University of Connecticut School of Law. Pat has represented numerous parties and minor children in divorce and family matters throughout the various judicial districts of Connecticut. Pat has volunteered her services as a Special Master helping to resolve disputes in custody and divorce matters in the courts in Middletown, New Haven, Meriden, Hartford, and New Britain.

Pat is a partner in the law firm of Farrell, Guarino & Boccalatte P. C. with offices in Clinton and Middletown. She is also a founding partner of Resolution Through Mediation LLC also offering services in Clinton and Middletown. Pat is a member of the Connecticut Council for Divorce Mediation; the Connecticut Collaborative Divorce Lawyers; and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Pat understands that the divorce experience is an emotionally and financially difficult time for parties. The collaborative divorce process can resolve disputes, no matter how difficult or intense. The process provides each party with the security that his or her legal, financial, and emotional health issues are paramount to their respective attorneys, financial planners, coaches, and child specialists while employing a team approach that focuses on the well being of the entire family unit creating constructive solutions acceptable to both parties.
