This is Attorney Klaskin’s philosophy. With over 20 years of family law experience, she has seen the harm that is often caused by, and the court battles that can accompany, traditional litigation. In response she has limited her practice solely to collaborative law and mediation. She has extensive training in these specialized fields of law. She is a founding member of Divorce Solutions of Connecticut and currently serves as its president. Additionally, she has served as a Special Master in the New Haven Superior Court, conducting settlement conferences involving family law litigants. With specialized training and extensive professional experience, she is highly qualified to assist you in achieving a successful outcome.
